Recently, a key breakthrough was achieved in the cooperation project between SIEHE Group and Henkel, the global leader in adhesives. The third and fourth batches of equipment provided by SIEHE have successfully passed rigorous acceptance inspections and have been delivered.

Henkel repeatedly partners with SIEHE Group for two key strengths: First, SIEHE's strong customization capability enables precise alignment with Henkel's process requirements. Second, SIEHE strictly adheres to the ISO9001 Quality Management System, and its core products are all CE-certified (EU), fully meeting Henkel's stringent standards .

This cooperation project involved substantial equipment, which was delivered in four batches. The third and fourth batches primarily included double planetary dispersing mixers, dual-shaft mixing vessels, and hydraulic extruders, among other equipment.

Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer: The agitator is custom-designed based on Henkel-specific processes. Featuring multiple paddle configurations, it effortlessly tackles mixing challenges with materials of varying viscosity levels, enhancing mixing efficiency and dispersion uniformity. The control system is equipped with Siemens PLC/DCS I/O modules and remote communication modules, delivering a high degree of intelligence.

Dual-shaft mixing vessel: The specially designed combination mixer generates intense shear forces during rotation, making it particularly suitable for processing high-viscosity, easily agglomerated complex materials. The scraper blades are made of high-performance PEEK material, ensuring thorough removal of residual material for mixing and achieving dead-zone-free agitation.

Hydraulic Extruder: The high-tonnage hydraulic extrusion system is capable of meeting the discharge requirements of ultra-high-viscosity paste materials, offering wide adaptability and high discharge efficiency.

To ensure the equipment perfectly meets Henkel's requirements, the project team divided the deliveries into four batches. This approach not only guarantees logistics safety but also facilitates phased acceptance and commissioning by the client. To prevent transportation damage, SIEHE developed a detailed shipping plan and implemented comprehensive protective packaging and securing measures.

Moving forward, SIEHE will continue to drive innovation and uphold quality as our cornerstone, empowering global partners to achieve high-quality development. Together, we will chart a new blueprint for intelligent manufacturing.
