Recently, the Intelligent Powder Production Line custom-developed by SIEHE Group for the renowned U.S. food company DryBev has been successfully delivered. This first collaboration between the two parties demonstrates the technical adaptability and product reliability of SIEHE's equipment in the North American market.

The delivered powder production line features modular smart controls for batching, drying, and conveying food powders. Designed for DryBev's materials, its explosion-proof construction ensures safe operation in hazardous environments.
The core technological highlights of the production line include:
Automatic Batching System
Powder ingredients are fed and conveyed through sealed bag dumping stations that suppress dust emission and prevent foreign matter/oversized particles entry. Material loss is reduced as particles from venting during discharge are recycled by built-in dust collectors. Liquid ingredients are pressurized from storage tanks to the mixer with adjustable tank pressure for precise spray control, featuring operational platforms with access stairs for feeding and daily operations.
Mixing-Drying System
The core equipment utilizes Double Cone Mixers featuring unique W-shaped drums that enable efficient homogeneous mixing without dead zones through rotational movement. Equipped with automated pneumatic docking systems, the mixers automatically connect to feeding mechanisms when inverted and to discharge systems when upright, significantly reducing manual intervention while enhancing operational safety and automation. The innovative bilateral input design allows simultaneous connection of spray systems and heating medium inlets from both sides without interfering with main feed ports, further improving efficiency. With heating jackets and vacuum condensation systems, the high-vacuum environment reduces liquid boiling points for low-temperature efficient drying.
Control System
For production safety, the production line is equipped with an independent electrical cabinet featuring premium components such as Schneider, along with Siemens PLC and explosion-proof touchscreen, enabling remote operation and smart functionality.
