A plate-type quick screen changer is a highly efficient and automated switching device specifically designed for polymer (such as plastics and rubber) melt filtration. Its core function is to filter impurities and foreign particles from the melt online during continuous production processes such as extrusion and granulation, ensuring the purity and quality of the final product. It allows for rapid screen switching without interruption of operation or interrupting the material flow. Depending on the station design, it can be divided into various types, such as single-plate dual-station and dual-plate dual-station, to adapt to different production needs. It is widely used in many fields, including adhesives, rubber, chemical fiber products, plastic extrusion, granulation, pipes, blown films, and sheets.

Working Principle
The plate-type quick screen changer consists of precision-machined plates with built-in filters, a hydraulic drive unit, sealing components, and a heating and temperature control system. Each plate has two filter stations. While one station is in operation, the other is in standby mode. During screen changing, a accumulator-type hydraulic station enables rapid switching between the working and standby stations, ensuring efficient screen changing without interruption of operation or material leakage. The heating system ensures stable material temperature and prevents cooling blockage; the control system precisely regulates the entire screen changing process.
