SCMX solid-liquid mixing and dispersing machine is designed for online efficient powder absorption and rapid dispersion of powder in liquid. Its high-speed dispersing module utilizes a specially designed double-layer rotor structure, effectively evacuating the slurry from the chamber and generating a strong vacuum, drawing the powder into the working chamber and rapidly dispersing it into the flowing liquid, enabling online slurry production with high viscosity and high solids content. The highly modular design cleverly integrates the entire process of powder sourcing, feeding, and dispersion, eliminating significant piping and process steps and reducing the footprint to 1/3 of traditional equipment. Furthermore, the one-step slurry production process replaces the complex disperser + grinder process, more than doubling production efficiency.

Working Principle
The SCMX solid-liquid mixing and dispersing machine features a specially designed high-speed dispersion module that, during high-speed rotation, drives the liquid to flow at high speed and generates an extremely strong vacuum. This vacuum draws the powder into the working chamber, increasing the spacing between the powder particles and dramatically increasing their speed. The dispersion energy generated by the high-speed rotation of the dispersion module increases the liquid surface area by a million times, thereby ensuring that the powder is completely absorbed into the liquid. This achieves rapid wetting and dispersion of the powder and liquid, producing a slurry without agglomeration.
