The SDBI bottom-mounted circulating continuous emulsifier is designed for batch production processes with a recirculating loop. Its direct-connect bottom flange design allows for direct installation at the bottom outlet of a tank. A built-in high-efficiency transfer pump continuously draws in, emulsifies, and pumps materials back into the tank, creating a highly efficient recirculation cycle. The SDBI features a wide material inlet and a two-stage emulsifying head, enabling efficient processing of a wide range of materials, from low to high viscosities. The system integrates suction, pumping, and emulsification functions and is fully compatible with CIP (cleaning in place) system.
This system's core advantage lies in its perfect combination of high recirculation throughput, consistent particle size, and efficient homogenization. Solid and liquid additives can be added directly to the emulsification chamber for rapid and thorough mixing, preventing agglomeration. The SDBI series meets modern production standards and can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines. It can also effectively replace traditional, inefficient in-line emulsifiers, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.

Working Principle
The SDBI high-shear emulsifier features a specially designed rotor-stator that generates a vacuum during high-speed rotation, directly drawing materials (liquids, additives, and powders) into the emulsification chamber. Powders are instantly wetted and deagglomerated by the high-speed rotating dispersing disc, preventing dust dispersion and clumping. Subsequently, under the powerful shearing and pumping action of the rotor-stator, the material returns to the emulsification tank through an external circulation pipeline, achieving continuous and efficient recycling. This process ensures that every portion of the material in the tank undergoes multiple rounds of efficient shearing, ultimately forming an emulsion product with droplet sizes less than 1 micrometer, a narrow distribution range, an extremely fine texture, and excellent stability.
